We are pleased to announce a new software update for Motorola Moto G. This update brings Android ™ 5.0 Lollipop your phone along with other improvements.

Notie & priorties:

In order to alert the most timely and relevant information, formatting and behavior of notifications have evolved:

• notifications appear on the lock screen and classified by type intelligently and sent.
• double tap to open one, swipe left or right to delete one or clear all notifications from the bottom of the list.
• You can set the priority and privacy of notifications for each application.
• very high priority notifications will open briefly about other applications so you can take action.

Modern interruptions&downtime setting:

You can customize how interrupts behave, choosing to allow all interruptions none, or only priority. You can customize what counts as a priority interrupt (reminders, events, calls, messages) and even adapted to be only the contacts that you specify. The adjustment downtime, outages only priority is accepted during the hours and days specified. eg allow only priority interrupts in the weekend.

New Apps(Multi-tasking):

The general space redesigned (formerly Recent) include both applications as separate activities within those applications. For example, each open tab in Chrome also appear here along with recent applications; both your Gmail Inbox and a draft email message will appear as separate cards. This provides a consistent way to switch between tasks.

Ambient Exhibit:

While the screen of your phone is off, Ambient screen can display notifications without turning on the full screen. This is activated when a notification arrives. You will see similar notices to that shown in the lock screen. You can turn this feature on the display menu Settings, and note that it will increase the power consumption of your device.

Motorola Assist&Downtime:

Motorola Assist integrates the new configuration of downtime to control when you do not want to be bothered. Motorola Assist also now uses the new configuration interruptions so you can personalize exceptions, like letting only people on your list of favorite contacts without compassion.

Gaslight:

Lollipop includes a new option flashlight as part of rapid adjustments (swipe down with two fingers of the status bar to view).

Share your gadget:

Now you can configure multiple user accounts on the phone. Guest mode is enabled by default. You can make calls and text privileges to other users of your device, or restrict your taste in the user menu Settings.

Note that the (Motorola Assist, Motorola Connect) Motorola custom experiences are for the owner's account.

The Motorola Camera, FM Radio Motorola Motorola Gallery and applications support multiple user accounts.

Pin a vision/App:

Pinning screen allows you to maintain a specific application or screen from view. For example, you can 'pin' a game and your child can not navigate anywhere else on the phone.

Battery:

The configuration panel battery now shows a projection estimate for how long you have left while downloading or uploading. You can also activate a new battery saving mode to save energy by reducing most background data operations performance and prolong its life.

Bright internet connections:

With Android Lollipop, the phone will not connect to an access point Wi-Fi unless you have an Internet connection verified. This feature improves transfers between Wi-Fi and cellular connections, helping to keep your video chat or voice over IP (VoIP) call to change.

performance:

The phone now uses the new Android runtime to help optimize application performance. After upgrading to Lollipop, applications will undergo an optimization process once. Note that the optimization for ART requires more space.

New look:

Lollipop Android adds native support to enable trusted devices to keep the phone unlocked (such as Moto 360, a Bluetooth car kit or headset, etc.). Smart Lock replaces the device capacity prior confidence in the Motorola phone. Note that you must add trusted devices back after the transition to the palette in the configuration menu under Smart Security lock.
